Make your mango bubble tea
For 2 people
2 green tea bags
250 ml of boiling water
1-2 tablespoons of honey
1½ liters of water
75g large tapioca pearls
1 ripe mango flesh
Juice of 2 oranges
200 ml of coconut milk
1- Place the tea bags in boiling water for 5 minutes. Remove the bags before incorporating the honey. Set aside to cool and refrigerate until cool.
2 -Bring 1½ liters of water to a boil. Add the tapioca and reduce the heat to a boil for 50 minutes, until the tapioca is tender. Drain and rinse with cold water.
3- Using a hand blender or blender, mix the mango flesh with the orange juice and the coconut milk.
4- Mix the mango liquid with the tea water and tapioca. Serve in tall glasses with straws
